Bike, 21miles, 18mph, easy
Group ride with Louisville Bicycle Club in Louisville, KY on the drive to Madison. This is where we stayed over and I found a Tuesday night ride with 70 riders! Awesome.

Ride 3 hrs, 57mi
T-run 15min
Wow. Weather makes a huge difference. 18.5mph average in 75 degrees = feeling great at the end. This was a perfectly executed first lap of the IM. Second lap could be slightly stronger if I can get weather like that in WI and have no random stomach issues. T-run was nice n easy.
Nutrition:
1 bottle gatorade endurance
1 bottle perpetuem
1 bottle water
1 powerbar
1 gel
3/4 can red bull
