Too many worklouts to itemize since I am just catching up on blog. Trip to California to spend time with coach all weekend then off to Florida and back-to-back to Cleveland. Workouts every day except 3 with unplanned days off 3/12, 3/13. Back in pool today and on bike for very short time. Poor return day due to travel stress?
Estimated totals since March 5:
Run - 5 hours
Bike - 7 hours
Swim - 4 hours
Weights - 3 hours
Looking forward to getting back on track with YMCA brick class Thurs 5:30AM!
